While Carrol Kay initiated her Knot By Chance business name
in 2002, she has been an
active weaver and fiber artist for over
thirty years, and has been creating her Wearable Art and

Accessories since the early 1990s.
The handweaving process has several distinct preparation steps
which
determines the type of cloth to be woven. The lighter
weight, supple feel of Knot By Chance garments is
attributable to Carrol's careful mix of fibers, color
and weave structure.
